Usnounn.-The Court of Revis'on for
the municipality of Usborne, wa held
at the Town Hall, Eliroville, on Satur-
day, the 4th inst. All -the m mbers
present and sworn by the Clerk. Only
two appeal cases came before th Court
for adjudication, viz., the ap eal of
John Hodgins, asking tha his assess-
ment be lowered, he not havit g the
quantity of land in his po sessio • as set,

The appeal of Wm. Elder, as ing to
