WHEREAS

Town of Seforth praying that the said Council would s a By Iaw ;providingg for

South of the Northern Boundary of Lot in the at 'Concession of
McKillop, in the County of `Huron, and of the line of uch boundary if the same
were extended to the East and West and
of the id Municipality would be
materially benefitted thereby.
AND WHEREAS thereupon the said Council pro red an xarnination to be
made -by D. S. Campbell, Esq., P. L. „being a person ompeten for; such purpose
of the said- Creek proposed to be de pened, and has a : i proaur plans and esti-
mates of the• work to be made by the said D. S. Camp t 11, and a assessment to be
made by him of the real property to benefitted by uch deepening stating as
nearly as he can the proportion of benefit which in .hi= opinion will'be derived is
consequence of such deepening .by -every road and lo or portion of lot, the said
assessment so made and the report of the s id D. S. ampbell in respect thereof
and of the said deepening being as follows t.
To The Mayor, &c., of the Town of Sea, forth :

1st. That it isdesirable to deepen the Said Creek.
2nd. That the probable cost of deepening the ea
plans herewith submitted will be $1,094.60.
3rd. 'That in order to get sufficie t fall it will be n
into Lot Number Ten in the Secondoncession, H. R:'
of about sixteen rods from the Southerly limits of the
