life in prison with no
chance of parole for 25
years, the maximum
allowed under Cana-

Imeson pleaded not
guilty to charges of
first degree murder in
the deaths of Helene
and William Regier
of Mount Carmel July
22, 2007, and Carlos
Rivera of Windsor
on July 18, 2007, but
pleaded guilty to the
lesser charges.
Imeson showed
little emotion during

from members of both
families and as he was
sentenced.
