Community comes together for Trivitt��

Thanksgiving celebration —Trivitt Memorial Anglican Church held its fourth annual
Thanksgiving Celebration Weekend last weekend, hosting activities Friday through Sunday.
The weekend kicked off with an "OktoberfestTent" Friday night, which saw 700 people
attend, twice as many as last year. Sausages, sauerkraut, beverages and dancing were enjoyed
to the music of a German band. Saturday saw food, entertainment, a craft market, a chil-
dren's play area and a chili cook -off. Proceeds from the weekend will go towards the
Exeter Lioness Victoria Park project.Above, Makailah McBride of Zurich had fun on the

Sunday Service — Sunday featured a `Festival Evensong Prayer Service' with the Exeter
Community Choir and Orchestra performing the Bach Cantata "Praise to the Lord the
