Supporting the Christmas Bureau —The "Annual Truckload of Teddies" event in
support of the Huron County Christmas Bureau was held Friday night in Exeter during
the Exeter Hawks game against the Thamesford Trojans.Teddy bears, clothes and other
items were collected. Christmas Bureau locations are open to receive donations Dec. 10-
14. Drop-off boxes are also at several South Huron businesses. Locally, the Exeter United
Church is hosting this year's Christmas Bureau.Any economically disadvantaged family in
Huron County with children 16 or younger can request assistance from the Bureau.

Lucan has two games this week, starting tonight (Wednesday) when they host Mt.
Brydges at 7:45 p.m. before visiting the Express for a rematch Saturday at 8:15 p.m.

After a last minute cancellation by
the Ilderton team, the South Huron
White Team agreed to play their sec-
ond game of the day against the Red
Team. This turned out to be a great
game with lots of end-to-end action
and some great goaltending at both
ends. The "Super -Sport" award was
given to Nolan Regier of the Red team
for his solid goaltending and tremen-
dous effort throughout the game. Both
South Huron teams played hard, skat-
ed fast and moved the puck well mak-
ing this a fun game to watch and play.
