The Times Advocate, 2007-08-29, Page 1616 Exeter Times–Advocate Wednesday, August 29, 2007 Family fun at Zurich's 42ndAnnual Bean Festival Fun had by all — The 42 Annual Zurich Bean Festival drew a large crowd this year, despite some showers, fortunately followed by some sunshine. People enjoyed all events and activities, featuring the main attraction — a plate full of beans, as eaten by Strathroy resi- dent Kristie Locke.At right two-year-old Carlie Regier of Exeter points at her frog during Dr. Charles Wallace's Frog Jumping Contest. Below right Kaitlynn McCarter trys blowing on her frog to get it to jump — it did, taking a large leap towards the crowd as McCarter trys to catch it. Below, the rides were also popular.
