ATV bylaw
a focus on
meeting

LUCAN BIDDULPH — Lucan
Biddulph council's main delegation
last Monday focused on the ATV
bylaw.
OPP Const. Doug Graham and
new community officer Erin
Mosher attended the meeting, dis-
cussing ATV issues the OPP handle.
No decisions were made on the
ATV bylaw.
There will be more discussion at
a future meeting.
Other council notes:
Skate park going ahead
Council approved a skate park
tender quote from Urban Rails at a
maximum of $61,099 which is sub-
ject to a couple of revisions of
equipment.
The skate park will be concrete,
built at the Lucan Community
Memorial Centre.
Council has not decided when the
skate park will be constructed.
New Zamboni
A new ice resurfacer for the
Lucan Community Memorial Centre
was approved by council costing
$60,869,50.
The ice resurfacer was bought
from Frank J. Zamboni and
Company and will arrive in six to
eight months.
Fanshawe projects
After choosing the Fanshawe
graphic design student project win-
ners, council is deciding what the
next step will be for the Lucan
Biddulph projects which focus on
improving the business develop-
ment in Lucan and area.
They are looking at possibly hir-
ing an advertising company.
Radcliffe subdivision
Mike Radcliffe attended the meet-
ing, announcing to council he is
ready to go ahead with the
Radcliffe subdivision.
