Vacation Bible School was filled with excitement last week at Zion Lutheran Church in Dashwood. Ninety children tackled daily adventures like exploring Bible sto-
ries, participating in fun activities, singing songs, making crafts, playing games and enjoying snacks. Five hundred dollars in donations collected from the children for
their participation at the camp will go directly to the African AIDS Orphans Mission Project. The program provides shelter, basic needs, education and Christian
instruction for children at Emmanuel's Lutheran Orphanage near Matongo, Kenya. (photo/Stephanie Mandziuk)
