The weather was beautiful for our pilgrimage. The
group left from Precious Blood Church on Fri., May 6 at
8:30 a.m. by Cherry Bus Lines enroute to Peterborough
where we stayed overnight. We saw the famous lift
locks and went to Mass both days. On Saturday we trav-
elled to Marmora—a shrine to our Blessed Mother—
which was very nice and peaceful. The well-planned trip
was arranged by Mary Van Rooy of Exeter. The meals
were also delicious.
The next free bus to the Bank of Montreal in Hensall is
Fri., May 13 and again on Fri., May 27. The bus leaves
from Blue Water Rest Home and Maplewood
Apartments at 9:15 a.m., and stops in Zurich at the
main corner blinking light at 9:30 a.m. Try and use this
convenience so it will be kept going.
