Do it a few times throughout the day and it will help your leg muscles pump the blood back to the heart more easily. Support stockings also help. Some people have twitching of their eyes. This is usually a sign of fatigue or stress. It's not a serious symptom but your body is telling you to deal with that stress and get some rest.
