Sherwoods replied
before the period was
over with a goal from
Chris Kennedy.
The second period
belonged to Clinton as
they fired three goals
from Jonathan Keys,
Jason Grenier and Matt
Anderson, with a lone
Hensall reply from
Jamie Cornish.
The Radars extended
their lead to 5-2 early
in the third period with
a marker from Chad
Chipchase.
A pair of goals 25 sec-
onds apart from the
Sherwoods got them
close, with Jeff
MacLean and Jeremy
Geoffrey notching
power play goals to
make it a 5-4 game.
But it was as close as
the Sherwoods could
get, as they were elimi-
nated in six games.
Picking up assists in
the loss were Adam
McCann and Jarrett
Jeffrey each with a
pair, and singles from
Sean McCann,
Kennedy, Mike Johnson
and Jeffrey.
Clinton will now face
Tavistock in the 'AA'
semifinals, with
Palmerston taking on
Elora.
