Name: Inspector John Stephens Organization: Middlesex OPP detachment comman- der 2005 will be a year of: Reevaluating how we con- duct business to ensure that we continue to provide a service that suits our communities' needs. Why: There are very few new dollars being dedi- cated to policing so we have to ensure every dollar is well spent and having an impact on the communi- ties' needs. The coming year's challenges and how to meet them: There is no shortage of challenges our com- munities are dealing with today.
