While canvassing the area officers were told a youth used a blow torch to burn a hole in the com- plainant's recycling box. While speaking to officers the complainant spotted the youth, a 14 -year-old resident of Huron Park, who was apprehended and entered into alterna- tive measures under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
