Basement Entry Plan Plan H2-3-711 This practical three-bedroom home comes with an unfinished basement for future expansion. The
main living areas are on the second level where a large great room is sure to be the centre of family activities. Here a gas fireplace on the
exterior wall may be enhanced by building optional entertainment units on each side. The dining area can also be enlarged by adding an
optional buffet. The L-shaped kitchen has a greenhouse window over the double sinks. A large work island that divides the kitchen from the
dining area is curved on one side to form an eating bar. A door from the kitchen opens to a spacious sundeck with stairs leading to the
garden below. A large picture window brightens the eating area with natural light. The bedroom wing consists of the master bedroom, which
has a bayed window overlooking the back yard, and two secondary bedrooms at the front of the home. The master bedroom has an alcove
for a makeup counter. Two sliding pocket doors reveal a three-piece en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Another three-piece bathroom,
with a linen closet, is located at the end of the hall leading to the bedrooms. Finished rooms on the ground level include the foyer, laundry
room and a den. A door from the foyer leads to the double garage. Decorative wood beams accent the front of home where a sheltered
porch makes a welcoming entrance. Stone accents and a wood railing add to the exterior's Craftsman -style appeal. The unfinished
basement has roughed -in plumbing for a three-piece bathroom and can accommodate two more bedrooms and a recreation room. This
home measures 40 feet, 8 inches wide by 43 feet, 4 inches deep. It has 1,276 square feet of living space on the main (upper) floor. Plans for
design H2-3-711 are available for $436 (set of 5), $502 (set of 8) and $544 for a super set of 10. B.C. residents add 7.5% Prov. Sales Tax.
Also add $20.00 for Priority courier charges within B.C. or $40.00 outside of B.C. Please add 7% G.S.T. or 15% H.S.T. (where applicable) to
both the plan price and postage charges. The new 36th Edition of the Home Plan Catalogue containing over 300 plans is available for $13.50
(includes taxes, postage and handling). Make all cheques and money orders payable to "Home Plan of the Week" and mail to: HOME PLAN
