sons, Edward, at home; Henry, of
Grand Bend and three daughlters,Mrs
Frank Colby, W. Gravenhurst; Mrs.
Jaynes Grigg, Strathroy; and Mrs. I3.
Tiedeman, Grand" Bend. The remains
were laid to rest on M'Qnday with bl-
terment in Grand Bend !Cemetery. A
memorial service was held in 'the Un-
ited Church at 2.45,
Stephen Webb Passes
The funeral of the late Stephen
Webb, why. died at the home of his
son Ezra Webb near Grand. Bend, on
Thursday last was held Saturday af-
ternoan last from the T. H'arxly Holl''•
man funeral home in Dashwood, con-
ducted by Rev. K. Woods, with in..
terment in the 'Grand Bend cemetery.
A memorial service at iYhe Grand
Bend United Church follr..,wing inter-
nient was largely attended. The de-
ceased was well known and hi'g'hly
esteemed resident of Stephen Twn.,
born in Biddulph Twp., he was in his
93rd year. Was at ,one time a merab-
er of the Stephn Council and as reeve:
represented the township at County
Council. Was a director -of the Hay
Mutual Fire Insurance •C. ; •a honorary
elder to.f Grand :Bend Uni'teax Church
and a former member tof the Cemet-
ery Doard. Surviving are four sons,
Archie, London; Donald 'acrd Ezra, of
Stephen Twi); Elgin, Grand' Bend.; 3
daughters, Mrs. J. H. McGregor, of
Grand Fend; 31VIrs. Arthur Finkbeiner
