• THE NEW YEAR
Next Tuesday we will be r elebrat-
ing the New Year, a time tor a lot
of thought and resolutions, and may
we observe it in a right way and ,a
patriotic spirit. As we look back,
the past year has ushered in peace
that should be cherished and kept'
for a generation or two, taking the
horrors -of the past war as an ex-
ample. We have many things to
be thankful for, and one is that we
have the privilege of living in this
fertile section .of a land such as Can-
ada; is something for ,which we can
parse God and be truly thankful at
this grand Yuletide Season. Let
1946 bring us many happy clays and
may we have the pleasure of helping
to make others happy.
