Miss M. Lowry, supervisor of Pub-
lic Health nursing services of the
'United Counties Board of Health an-
nounced the disposition of three gra-
duate nurses who have been sent to
Cornwall with a view to obtaining
field practise in public healthnu.rsing
The plan under which' the' nurses
were sent was devised to provide an
'adequate flow of nursing personel to
public health centres and is operated
by the university nurses' training es-
tablishments in conjunction with the
•Provincial Board"of Health. Miss
Ethel Rutledge of the school or nurs-
ing of the University of Toronto, has
been assigned to the Winchester dis-
trict. Mrs. Jean Rhoten, also or the
University of Toronto, has been as-
signed to the Alexandria district.Miss
