Her embreiderea illusion veil fell softly from a Frei4ch pleat- ed 'headdress caught at the sides with orange blossoms. She carried a 'cas- cade of American Beauty Roses and M'hity baby mums with. streamers. ,Mrs. Grant Gowanlock of Lambeth wasanatron of honor, wore matching J. D. Thomas of Toronto, who was elected president of World Champion- ship Ploughing Organization. He suc- ceeds J. A. Carroll of Toronto, first president of the organization.
