gressing favourably at Victoria Hos-
pital, London, where the is taking

tight „game on the Zurich Diamond,
on Tuesday evening, Zurich won from
Centralia by the sore of 5-4. Ron.
Heinrich did the pitching for Zurich
and did a fine job.
Died At Hamilton
Mr. Alvin Bradford, aged 48 years
and husband sof the former Louise
Ross of Zurich, died at Hamilton on
Monday last. The funeral was held
on Thursday afternoon. Those at-
tending the funeral from Zurich
were Mrs. Rose Buittler, Mr ani Mrs
Hy. Adkins and son Jack; Mr and
Mrs. Alf. Reichert; Mr and. Mrs Er-
win Reichert and Mrs. Jack Baker.
Are Attending Funeral
Mrs. Wni. Sauve of town, her
mother, Mrs. G. Jessop, who is stay-
ing with her at present, and her sis-
ter a/Irs. Bert Cornforth of the town
line, Hillsgreen , received the sad
news of the death of their oldest
brother and son, Mr. George Jessop,
at Toronto, on July 12th. He leaves
to mourn his loss, his wife and eight
brothers and sisters. He died in
aF . East General Hospital, Toronto, of
Perform. a heart attack.

Before a setting of regal lilies
and blue delphinitmh in St. Peter's
Lutheran Church, Zurich on Satur-
day, Audrey Lauraine 7iennrich,
daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Edw-
ard William Heimrich, exchanged
marriage vows with Frederick Edward
Haberer, son of Mr and Mrs Freder-
ick John ,Haberer, all of Zurich. The
Rev. Heimrich officiated.
Mrs. John Tuerkheim, Zurrcil or-
ganist accompanying the soloist, Miss
Vera Roitz, Kitchener. The bride
chose a gown of white double net
over taffeta featuring an overskirt
and bodice 'of French lace over taff-
eta with net inset, a stand-up collar
and long sleeves tapering to points.
A sweetheart headdress of net and
satin held her fingertip veil or silk
illusion and she carried a wnrte pray-
er book with a cascade of blue car-
nations.
Attendants were dressed alike in
gowns of twilight blue net and lace
over taffetta with boleros, matching
headdress and bouquets of white
carnations. Miss Marjory Klapp was
maid of honor and bridesmaids were
Miss Margaret Deichert and Miss
Marilyn Haberer, all of Zurich.
Best man was Ronald G. Heinlrith
and ushers were John Haberer and
Herbert Rlopp, all of Zurich.
The bride's mother chose a powder
blue crepe dress with navy acces.i:or-
ies and a corsage of white carnati-
ons ,for the reception at the church.
The groom's another wore a navy
dress with white accessories and a
corsage of white carnations. For the
wedding trip to Eastern Canada,
the bride donned a light blue linen
suit with white ,accessories and a
corsage of pink roses. They will re-
side in Zurich. The bride is a mem-
ber of the staff of Zurich Public
Scheel. We join their many mends
in extending best wishes to the.,
