Late John Haist
Jicthn Haist, •87, lifelong resident of
Crediton, ,district died at his home on
Sunday, having farmed most of his
life in Stephen Twp, retiring 38 yrs,
ago. His wife, the former Catherine
Wuerth died six years ago. Surviving
is a daughter Lillian at home; and
three brothers, Henry, Crediton,
Christian, Zurich; and Moses, Pigeon,
.Mich. The remains were buried on
Tuesday in the Crediton Cemetery.
Was a prominent member Of the Ev-
angelical church.
