Parish Cemetery the remains of the
late Rachael Denomme were laid to
lest, .beside those of her late hesb-
and, the late Nelson Denonnne who
predeceased her some thirty years

Rachael Geoffrey, the last ;member
of a pioneer family of this parish.
Fifty-five year ago she was mar-
ried to Nelson Denomme, also of
this parish, and with the exception
of a few years living in the vicinity
of Zurich, lived their entire life in
this parish. From this union four
daughters and two sons were beim.
In order: Mrs. Pierre Papineau,
(Delis); Mrs. Oman Balamer (Lucy)
bothof Windsor; Mrs. Len Sararas,
(Avilna), of Blue Water Highway;
Maurice of Dashwood; Mrs. Paul
Dudoree (Violet) and Len. of Wind-
sor. Monsignor Bourdeau P.P. offi-
ciated assisted by Father Monagnati
of Zurich and Father Fogerty of Mi
Carmel.
The deceased. was in her eightieth
year and at the .time of her death
was living with one of her daugh-
ters hi. Windsor, she being always of
a cheerful disposition, and always
ready to give a helping hand in time
of need, Thefuneral was Largely
attended .by relatives and friends to
pay their last tribute. 'Fall bearers
were six of the grandsons, while cwo
other grandsons were taking part in
serving Mass. We offer our deepest
sympathy to the bereaved family.
Mr and Mrs Blaise Duclrarnre and
daughter Denise of Windsor spent
the week -end with the formers par-
ents on the B. W. Highway and re-
turning with there on 'Monday were
Mr and Mrs Fred Ducharrne wlio will
visit for a few weeks in Windsor and
Detroit.
