Born in Ireland he was the on of the late Patrick Kennedy and Dora Ryan and came with his parents at the age of five years to Canada. He was a resident of Credal:1a for 40 year* rear prior to that' for sortie years was a resident of the Goshen line, Stanley -where he met his wife. A member of St. Pet- er's R.C. Church. His wife, formerly Ella May Stevenson, predeceased him two years ago. Surviving are one son Patrkk •of Goderich and nye daugh- ters: Mrs. H. Nice Montreal; Mrs. .%shley Hinkley, Hamilton; Betty, Rita and Lillian all of Goderich and six grandehildren. The funeral was held from the Lodge funeral home tc St. Peter's Church when re - Gleeson.
