to do some speaking in the churches.

When You Need that New
IN MEMORIAM
' In loving memory of a dear grand--
mother..who passed away one year
ago, October 13th, 1955.
At Home, on the beautiful hill of God
By the valley ofrest so far.
Some day, some time, .when Our task.
is done, -
With joy we shall meet her there.
-Ever remembered by Eva,Nal-the
and Clarence •Gascho.
drinking !church members are unaw-
are of rifhe•-nabure Of alcohol. One
anore observation. Those engaged in
the manufacture and sale of intoxic-
ating ibeverages are definitely g,unn_
ing for (non -drinking church memb-
ers.... They are willingto spend
tens of millions of dollars to capture
those non-drinkers... . The drinking
,church member greatly heartens the
liquor interests.. !They !can count on
his taking a negative or neutral
attitude towards liquor legislation in
general.
The 'liquor interests "deplore"
drinking among young people, yet
they beam their ads to make drink-
ing so attractive that young people
will risk !breaking the )aNt, to ob-
tain this drink that makes so many
-
men of distinction."
I believe, and ,I know that you
believe, that every one of us
church members has witness to make
for Christ. My concern is that
our witness be !from a clear brain
and a pure heart." Earl F. Zeigler.
