More, - More Snow
A lot of snow has fell tree :past
week, Saturday,. Sunday and the
plow came along Monday and did
its usual fine job, but to -day, Wed-
nesday there is another quite heavy
fall of the beautiful white, so much
in abundance at present, but people
from the .country tell us there is not
much on the fields, as tricy look
quite bare. The weather however is
quite even as to temperature and
that means much at this time of year.

The Unique Farm Forum
Twenty -,five members of the Unique
Farm Forum met at the home of Mr
and Mrs. Bert Klopp to discuss
",Farm Marketing• _Abroad". Mr.
Delbert Geiger led the .discussion as
follows. We are in favor of price
support because we feel that they
do not guarantee profitable prices
but of minimum security tor the
farmer. We, in Canada should set
prices higher than the available ex-
port prices. An exchange of Valen-
tines featured recreation. iThe next

Parr Line Forum
Held their meeting at the home of
Wilf. Mousseau with 24 present. The
discussion led by Jno. Soldan proved
to be interesting; "Farm Markets A-
broad."While the merits of price sup-
ports were realized as to what good
they have done in the past .no one
disputed that there should not be a
system whereby the farmer will be
able to operate at a profit. We think
that if price supports were set at a
cost plus basis, our Canadian prices
would still be too high for the export
market. A fair and stablized system
could be established with more co-
operatives. The farmer has the means
within his grasp to reach these ob-
jectives if he utilizes these two means
for selling and buying. In view of
the fact that bacon from our grade A
hogs is selling; at premium of 4 to 5
ALSO DEALER IN LIGHTNING cent a lib, above the top bacon on the
