Mr and Mrs Gerald Gingerich
were visitors at Kitchener, Monday.

was a caller in town on Tuesday.
Mr. Wm. Farrell is, at present in
residence at the home of Mr and Mrs
Wm. Dietrich.
Mrs. Nancy Koehler of Toronto, is
spending some time at the home of
her children here.
Miss Jean Hartman spent the
week -end with her brother in Lon-
don.
Mr. Dennis Denomme of Toronto,
was a week -end visitor at the honor
of his -friends, Mr and Mrs. Albert
Bedard.
Mrs. M. Vanatta of Croswell, Mich.
is visiting at the home of her sister,
Mr and Mrs Wm. O'Brien.
Miss Pearl Wurtz is a patient at
St. Joseph's Hospital, London. Iler
many friends wish her a speedy re-
covery.
Miss Gloria ,Gingerich anc nepinew
Master Roger Gingerich of Kitchener
enjoyed the week -end at the home of
the former's parents, Mr and Mrs
Jacob Gingerich, Goshen line south.
Mr and Mrs- Clarence .Schade vis-
ited with the - former's mother at
Victoria Hospital, London. We are
pleased to report that she is progres-
sin.g very good.
Mr and Mrs Hugh MacKinnon and
two 'children Ross and Janet, of
London, were Sunday guests with the
former's mother, Mrs. M,MacKin-
on, Zurich.
Pastor and Mrs. Albert Martin
who have :been living in Kitchener,
where the former took advanced
studies, have returned to Zurich for
the summer months. ••
Mr. Lorne Gingerich, of the Baby-
lon line, accompanied by Mr. Simon
Greb of Exeter, who spent the winter
months in Florida returned home the
latter part of last week.
Mrs. J. 'Barker has returned home
from Hamilton, after spending two
weeks at the home of her awl, Mr.
and Mrs. Alvin Reichert, who are
happy to announce the birth of a son
on March 21st. The first grandson
to Mrs. J. Baker.

Melvin of Dashwood were Sunday
visitors at the home of the former',"
brother, Mr and ;Mrs. R. F. Stade.
Rev. Father K. J. Dietrich S.F.M.,
Toronto, was a recent week -end vis-
itor at the home of his parents, Mr.
and iMrs. Wm. Dietrich.
Mrs. Myrtle Krueger luTs returned
from Kitchener where she visited
with her mother, Mrs,Bertha Horner
who is progressing nicely',after hOr
injury. Mrs. Krueger left 'to spend
some time at the hen -.1e of her daugh-
ter at Granton, Ont. . • •
Meeting With Approval
Mr. "Bill" Siebert, Zurich Post-
master, advises is that the ' public
seem to voice their approval of the
advanced rates in postage introduced
April lat. Very little' mail is being
posted with stamps • affixed bearing
the old rates of. stamps. Don't for-
get, it now takes a 5c. stamp to send
a letter outside of Zurich.
Mr and Mrs Henry Boshart and
Mrs. Ezra Koehler of Kitchener vis-
ited relatives in the vicinity over the
week ,end, also attended the wedding
of their niece, Miss Dorothy Ginger-
ich, daughter of Mr .and Mrs. Sol.
Gingerich, who was united in mar-
riage on Saturday to Mr. Leonard
Bowman of St. Jacobs, Ont. The
ceremony was performed in the Zur-
ich Mennonite Church, and many
guests were present.
