Oscar Grebb, Hay Township
representative, gave notice to the
board that Zurich and district of-
ineials planned to campaign for a
'new school at Zurich. Enrollment
-from Hay is now 148 "and the
population is going to increase in
the township" Mr. Grebb said.
Mr. Greblb emphasized that the
Zurich .proposal was not meant
to split up the present school but
it looks ahead to the time when
two schools are necessary.
Several members suggested that
Dashwood was a more central
location for a second school but
a further suggestion was advanc-
ed that some of Goderioh and
;Canton's districts in the Blue -
water area could ;be added to Hay
to :form a district there which
would centre around Zurich.
