BASEBALL NEWS
On Monday, May 17th, the annual
meeting of the Huren-Perth Baseball
League was held in. Seaforth for the
purpose of re -organizing for the 1917
season. The meeting was very well
attended and repreaeatations from
(oderich, Clinton, Seaforth, Mitchvll
Exeter, Crediton, and Zurich were
present. The officers elected for the
corning season are as follows: W. A.
Siebert of Zurich, Preeldent; E. Ca-
rey of Exeter 1st Vice President; D.
Wright of Mitchell 2nd vice president
Leroy O'Brien of Zurich, Secretary;
D. Wilson of Seaforth re-elected as
treasurer. Mr. Thomas Churchill,
who served so faithfully and well in
1036 is Honorary President.
The league executive and commit-
