SCHNELL REUNION The Empress Hotel, Aberdeen, Sas was the econe of a joyous occasion on Monday, June 30, when the fam- ily of Mr. and Mrs. David Schnell reunited for the first time since 1922 Since that time the group has increased from two generations of eight to three generations of twenty-four members. At a surprise dinner laid for twenty-seven, the grandparents, the honoured guests, were presented. with an easy chair. During the corona of the meal messages were -read finale the absent members of the first gen- eration. Dancing was enjoyed dur- ing the afternoon, members of the a buffrt supper at the family home, group supplying the music. friends called to extend greetings. The following day the family re- newed ..acquaintances at the ' local sports. Before returning to their var- ious homes, they witnessed a' touch- ing ceremony when Margaret. Anne, the two-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. 'Schnell of 'Tisdale was baptised. Mr. and Mr, D. Schnell, the grandparents, were sponsors, the service being conducted by the Rev- erends L.
