The, rev'ular imatlay meeting of the
meeting7t. the, council of the Town-
ship was held, at the Town }tall,
ikonlay, August 18th, with
all members preae,nt. The minutes of
the July meeting were adopted as

dispesed of., It was decided to pur-
chase a new flag for the flag pole or,
the town hall, the trustees of ttho
Village of Zurich having agreed to

The following resolutions were as

That By-law No. 7-1940 proving
for the purchase of material owned
by the Bell Telephone Co., and at
present erected on poles vn fa'ignway

price of $33.59 be read three times
and finally passed and that a copy
of the by-law be foiwartled to the
Municipal Boarcl of Ontario for ap-
proval.
