Thin Ice?
While out fora stroll. a couple of
Grand. Bend villagers had quite an
experience. Taking for granted the
ice on the lake was frozen solid and
not being very well acquainted with
the surroundings they took a hike
out on the 'ice banks when a big
dog belonging to the party broke
through into the icy water. With
some ardous work they succeeded in
rescuing the dog and then 'to shore
none the worse, but wiser.
