PARLIAMENT DISSOLVES .
Ottawa, Jan. 25 -In a lightning
move, shattering all precedents,
Prime Minister Mackenzie King had
Parliament dissolved tonight within
four hours atter its sixth session had
been formally opened. No immedi-
ate date for the election was set, but
it has since been proclaimed as March
26th with Nominations two weeks
earlier. It was like a bolt from the
clear sky this rapid dissolution, and
_t will soon be over with, and the
people of Canada, who ale snaring
a great responsibility with the over-
seas war, are noww called upon to
elect a new Parliament. May the
choice be a good one, as in these un -
normal times the best is none too
good..
