Lucan----A recommendation that all trucks be compelled to stop before crossing a .railway track was made here by a coroner's jury probing the death of George K. Welch, Rodney truck driver, who wa: killed when the truck he drove struck the side of an eastbound C.N.R. passenger train at the Lucan level crossing on Janu ary 9th. The• jury found that Welcl, should have used more precaution in' approaching a railway crossing with a loaded truck and attached no blame otherwise for the accident. PARLIAMENT DISSOLVES .
