Christ- ian Schrag, who resides a mile or so north of Zurich. Mr. ,Schrag eahalth 'not for been enjoying his g idle (past two years, during which time he . was mostly in bed, and the end howeater came more suddenly than had been looked for. He slepf peace- fully away on Monday morning, aged (i3 years:, 9 months and 28 days, still in the prime of life as far as age would have it. The late Mr. Schrag was born and raised near ' avistock, and' while a young man, 35 years; ago he came to the Zurich district where he rare a flour and feed business in Zurich„ also the Bakery busizeess, then moved on a farm «in Stanley Township, later on the farm north of Zurich on which he departed. He was, for many years, and as eng as 'he physically able the minist r of the local Mennonite church, and was yk very interesting man • to eenverse with, being very much concerned a- bout the inner man and his relations with God. Surviving besides his sorrowing widow, Mary ,Gibgerich'are two daughters, (Ruth) l f e. Stephen Peachey of near Dashw¢Qd and Ruby at home. Four sons;.
