Bread Went Down •
Bread went "down" in more ways
than one the past week, as the price
also was cut to 7c. a loaf, a condit-
ion caused by a baker in the eastern
part putting it down and seemingly
it affected all the bakers here about
fifty miles away, but things have be-.
en.re-adjusted and bread, the staff of
life, is now again selling at •8e. a loaf
and 9c when sliced.
Mrs. Pauline Faust of Chicago, is
