While the top prize of the Royal
Guineas at the Royal Winter
Fair in Toronto Friday was not
won by Huron County 4-H
competitors, two members of
Exeter and area calf clubs placed
well.
Elaine Stewart and Barry
Miller placed in the top ten,
,There were a total of 288
entered. The grand champions
calf was shown -by Craig Massey
of Arris in Wellington County.
The reserve champion was
owned by Keith McKinnon of
Milton in Halton County,
The Queens Guinea winner
sold for $5 per pound and the
reserve chainpion calf brought
$1.75 per pound. Both calves s
'were purchased by Dominion
'Stores.

Obituary
MRS. ROSELLA GRUNAU
A former Zurich resident,
!Mrs. Rosella Grunau, passed
;away at . Henderson Hospital,
IHamilton on November 20,
;1975.
Mrs. Grunau was predec-
eased by her first husband,
Herbert Krueger in 1949 and her
second husband George Grunau
in 1970.
Mrs. Grunau is survived by one
son, Campbell Krueger of
Kitchener; and one daughter
Mrs. Jack •(Jean) Pollock of
Inglewood, Ontario; also one
step -son, John Grunau of Calif-
ornia. Seven grandchildren,
Jeff, Andy and Julie Pollock;
Tim and Scott Krueger; Laura
and George Grunau, also survive.
A memorial and committal
service was held on Saturday,
November 22 from St. Peter's
Lutheran Church Chapel, Kitch-
ener with Dr. H.W. Opperman
officiating. Interment in St.
Peter's Lutheran Cemetery,
Zurich.
