with less than a minute
remaining on a two way passing
play from Steve Bedour and Dave
Cyr.
Dessert luncheon
held by women
A dessert luncheon preceded
the Christmas meeting of the
Zurich U.C.W. which was held
Wednesday afternoon in the
church basement.
It was chaired by Miss Olive
O'Brien who opened by giving the
origin of the carol 0 Come All Ye
Faithful which was then sung. A
dialogue with several members
participating consisted of carol
singing and discussing their
authors and composers and
reading the Christmas story from
Luke.
Several of the 27 members
present answered the roll call
with an appropriate verse or
reading. Rev. Bruce Guy in
ducted the 1978 officers as
follows -President -Mrs. Glen

Howard Finkbiner; Treasurer -
Mrs. Allan Gascho; Recording
