Severe apartments for
seniors now available
The recently opened Senior
Citizen apartments in Zurich
have seven apartments available
on a geared -to -income basis.
These apartments are ideally
located close to churches, shop-
ping and recreation. The building
has such features as grab rails in
the bathrooms, extra bright
lighting in the halls, on the stairs
and in the apartments
themselves. Thermostats control
the heat in winter. A security te-
nant and custodian are on hand to
provide such services.
Rents for these apartments
are on a geared -to -income basis.
This allows Senior Citizens to ob-
tain housing at rents they can af-
ford, considerably lower than
those required on the open
market.
As of November 1, 1977 there
were seven vacancies in Zurich.
The Huron County Housing
Authority. Stanley Street,
Goderich, manages the Zurich
apartments plus 261 units in the
County. Information may be had
by writing Mr, John Lyndon,
Manager at the above address.
