ego." Honestly, my lack of performance in this deter-
mination of the state of one's cardiovascular system
didn't come as too much of a surprise as a week before
I'd walked eight city blocks in thirty minutes which
just about did me in.
Getting back to the good news, my muscular
strength, flexibility and endurance was (that word
once again) average.
All of your scores are recorded in a physical
fitness report card which also gives you suggestions
as to how to improve your level of physical fitness.
In my case, I should start running 1.5 miles every
other day in less than fifteen minutes and begin some
flexibility and endurance exercises.
If enough people show up on Monday and Tuesday
the fitness people will be back in six months to deter-
mine if the individuals .tested have improved their
health.
I can hardly wait.
If you desire more information on the fitness
testing give the South Huron Rec Centre at 235-2833 a
call.
