August 19, at the Exeter United Church, wedding vows were
exchanged between Leisa Ann Ritchie and Blaine Reid
Stephenson. Rev. James Forsythe officiated. The bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Doug Ritchie, Exeter, and Mr. and
Mrs. Ralph Stephenson," Varna, are parents of the groom. The
maid of honour was Linda Ritchie. The bridesmaids were
Deborah- Rathweil, Roberta Uren, Roseanne Javier, Linda
Wuerth, and Mari Ritchie. The best man was Rod Pepper. The
ushers were Tom Workman, Gard Wright, Bill Stephenson,
Paul Ritchie, and Dale Stephenson. After a honeymoon in
Northern Ontario the couple took up residence at RR 1, Var-
na.

Dashwood and Brad Oke, son of Mr. and Mrs, Don Oke,
Zurich enchanged solemn vows of marriage in a double ring
ceremony:September 2, at Zion Lutheran Church, Dashwood.
Rev. M. Mellecke officiated. The soloist was Jayne Hayter ac-
companied by •the organist Helen Nadiger , Bridal atten-
dants were, matron of honour, Joanne Maguire, bridesmaids,
Shirley DeVries, Joanne Muller, Terry Thomsen and Jayne
Hayter'. Andrea Hendrick was flower girl. Best man was Ran-
dy Oke and the guests were ushered by Tom Hayter, Wayne
Oke, Noel Skinner, Jason Brown, and Kevin Oke. David Ma-
guire was the ringbearer. After a honeymoon -in the Poconos,
Pa. the couple will be residing in Dashwood.
