The St. Boniface C.W.L.
held their June meeting in
the school gym with 36
members present. Meeting
was opened with prayer and
litany to the Sacred Heart.
Correspondence was read by
Cecilia Smith. Family Life
convener Mrs. Mathonia,
read tips on how to find a
summer job 'for a student.
Our grade 8 students will
graduate on June 21, with a
mass being said at 8 p.m.
and then a program in the
school afterwards. The
C.W.L. would like to
congratulate all those in-
volved.
We have our quilt tickets
ready for the Bean Festival
and parents will be receiving
them through the school
children. The meeting was
then closed and Mrs. Pearl
Miller introduced Mr. & Mrs.
Gordon Erb who showed and
spoke of their trip visiting
their daughter Carol.
Everyone enjoyed the
slides then lunch was served.

As the Bluewater Ladies
slow pitch league swings
into high gear, the Good -
times are on top spot as they
defeated the Stars 21-8. In
the other game played last
week Meneset beat the
Babes 7-6.
Meneset and the Babes
are tied for second with one
win apiece while the Stars
are in the basement losing
their first two games'of-the
season.
