The Draft Plan was prepared after numerous meetings, of the Village Council, and sets out the directions we should be taking to guide the growth and development of the Village in the years to come. The Village of Zurich has experienced a Zot of changes over the last five years, and with the completion of the sewage and water system, it is expected that pressures for develop- ment will increase. This is why I, as Reeve, and my council believe it is so necessary and important to plan now for the future. We have much to be proud of in our village, and we must strive to ensure that the quality of our environment is preserved and enhanced in the future.
