To many farmers in Ontario,
increasing the size of the farm
usually means there is a need to
switch to bigger machinery in
order to be efficient.
"The delays in receiving
larger horsepower tractors from
manufacturers has led some

Advance renovation of heating
and ventilating portion and
the alteration and additions to
the elementary facility have
been approved by the Ministry
of Education for Victoria Public
School in Goderich. As of this
date Ministry approval for the
trainable retareded wing has
not been given.
A test hole excavated at Blyth
Public School to check the
septic tank showed that seepage
of the water table is evident at
a six-foot depth which is app-
roximately four feet below
existing tile bed and that the
tile bed was exposed and found
to be clean and dry. The
Medical Officer of Health has
been contacted by Brian
Garrett of Kyles, Kyles and
Garratt, Stratford, requesting
permission to re -activate the
tile bed for test purposes and
hopefully for re -operation on
a more permanent basis but to
date no approval given. The
test hole will have a vertical
tile installed to house an alarm
system to warn of trouble. At
the present time the septic tank
is being pumped out regularly.
