Group III with Mrs. Ray
VanDorsselaer convener was in
charge of the June meeting of
Zion Lutheran Ladies Aid.
The topic, Ecclesiastical Emb-
roidery and the Symbols of the
church was taken by Mrs. Ray
Rader and Mrs. Charles Martene.
Mrs. Arnold Becker, president,
dealt with the business. There
will be a bake sale July 6.
The Altar Guild is Miss Hel-
en Nadiger and Mrs. Ray Van-
Dorsselaer. There will be no
meetings during July and August.
The group in charge served
lunch.
Stacey Lee, infant daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. David Rader
was baptized in Zion Lutheran
Church, Sunday June 10 by Rev
Frank Morgret. Sponsors were
Hensali
The Sacrament of Infant
Baptism was held in Hensall
United Church Sunday morning.
The choir sang an anthem and
Rev Don Beck preached on the
sermon topic "Doubt and Faith.
Children being baptised were
Mark Darryl, son of Mr. and
Mrs. David Brock; Timothy
Daniel, son of Mr. and Mrs,
Frank Ducharme; Karrie-Sue,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary
Kyle; and Cindy Lyn, daughter
of Mt. and Mrs. Steve Kyle.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Taylor
spent the weekend in Brock-
ville, and while there attended
the wedding of their niece,
Miss Kathy Taylor, daughter of
Mr. and Mts. Orval Taylor.
Ivlary and Gregory Merritt, of
Oceanside, California, are
spending the summer months
with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Payne.
Major and Mrs. Malcolm
Webster, Toronto were visitors
with Mr. and Mrs. Eric Luther
and family over rhe weekend.
Mr, and Mrs. Clarence Dill-
ing and family of Sarnia, visit-
ed Sunday with their parents,'
Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Dilling.

RADER REUNION
The Rader Reunion was held
Sunday, June 10 at Riverview
Park, Exeter, The Ivan Taylor
family, Kitchener, conducted
a sports program with the foll-
owing winners.Five and under,
Karen hillier; G Brenda Rader,
9-12 Barbara Rader, Nick the
ball, Charlotte Miller; a
candy scramble was held for all
children; Couple race, Wayne
and Carol Weiberg; pie plate
race; Carolyn and Ross Heywood.
Several adult relays were play-
ed and a tug-of-war.
Everyone sat down to a bount-
iful table. President, Wayne
Weiberg welcomed everyone
and had a moment of silence
for those who had passed away.
Several special prizes were
awarded, namely lucky cup,
Colin McGregor, guessing rhe
number of mints, Helen Wag-
ner; youngest baby, Charlotte
Weiberg; oldest person, Mrs.
Adeline Kraft. Longest married
couple, Mr. and Mrs. Morley
Witmer (50 Years); birthday' nea-
rest date, Mrs. 13U1 Wagner,
lady with most pennies, Mrs.
Leonard Prang, man with most
keys, Bill Wagner.
The next picnic will be the
second Sunday in June; 19'76
with the following officers;
President, Ray Rader, vice-
president, Ray Taylor; secret-
ary, Mrs. Irvin Rader; treasurer,
Colin McGregor; sports com-
mittee, Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey

MARTENE REUNION
The annual Martene Reun-
ion was held at Blackbush
school, Sunday, June 16 with
74 present. President, Homer
