Noble Grand Mrs. Aldeen
Volland presided at the meeting
of Amber Rebekah Lodge rec-
ently and was assisted by Vice
Grand Mrs. Margaret Consitt.
The Charter of the Lodge was
draped in memory of the late
Nancy Kyle.
Arrangements were made to
have a "Pot Luck" lunch follow-
ing the meeting on June 19,
which will be the last meeting
until September.
A communication was read
from the District Deputy Grand
Master of I-3uron District 8,
Brother Alex Meikle, on the
presentation of the Titmus Vis-
ion Tester to the Huron County
Health Unit made possible from
the I. 0.0.F. and Rebekah
Lodges.
The Installation of the offic-
ers of the I.O_ O. F. of Huron
District 8 will be held in the
Hensall Lodge on Wednesday,
June 26, at 8 p. m, This is an
open meeting to which brothers
and sisters are invited.
NOVELTY CLASS WINNER - Don Reid, of Sudbury was
picked as the winner of the Novelty Class at the Fiddler's
Contest, and was presented with the Ron's Health Centre trophy
by Ron Wareing.
WINNER OF 70 YEARS AND OVER - Ernie Adair, of Park-
hill won the class for over 70 at the Fiddler's Contest in Hensall
Friday night, and was presented with the Drysdale Hardware
trophy by Jack Drysdale.
