A skit, "The Women's Instit-
ute" - Do you know that? "
was presented at the Cultural
Activities meeting on Wednes-
day, March 20. The Ode,
Mary Stewart Collect, motto,
badges and Adelaide Hoodless
were discussed. a "Workshop
Quizz" was conducted after the
skit. Mrs. Alex McGregor displ-
ayed crafts which the residents
of Huronview had done. The
roll call was "name a food or
utensil used '75 years ago"
The members will visit Huron -
view, March 27, and have a
booth at Ernie Whitehouse's
Sale, March 30. The food forum
"Poultry Please" will be held
in Clinton, April ip, at 8 p. m.
Mrs. Al Hoggarth will be in
charge of the bus trip when
members and friends will visit
the McMichael Collection at
Kleinsburg. Mrs. Charles Eyre
gave a reading "Model T" Mrs.
E. Whitehouse gave the Family
and Consumers Affairs report
and Mrs. Alderdice gave the
Education and Cultural Affairs
report. Mrs. J. Drummond con-
ducted a game. Mrs. Charles
Eyre was hostess and Mrs. E.
Whitehouse co -hostess. Court-
esy remarks were given by Mrs.
Ross Broadfoot.
Mr. and Mrs. Grant .McGreg-
or attended the funeral of Mrs.
McGregor's brother Bruce in
Kingston last weekend.
Mrs. Elzar Mousseau was
again taken to Seaforth Hospital
We wish her a speedy recovery.
Mrs. Margaret Hutchison and
Mrs. Mac Hutchison, St. Thorn -
as, Mr. and Mrs. Clare Leitch
Weston, visited with Mr. and
Mrs. W. L, Mellis, on Saturday
last.
Mrs. Steve Pine and Carrie
Lynne, of Sault Ste. Marie
spent a few days with the form-
er's mother and father, Mr.

with Mrs. Irvin Rader and visit-
ed with Irvin, who is a patient
in St. Joseph's Hospital, London

Rader, they attended a family
gathering at the home of Mr.

have returned from a holiday in
Puerto Rico.
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Gibson
visited at Victoria Hospital
Sunday with Leo Eveland who is
scheduled for major surgery this
week.
