attended an annual Scouts and.
Cubs banquet on March 18 in
the Kirkton Hall. Plans were
made for the corning year act-
ivities and camperees scheduled
to take place this summer were
discussed. New directors were
elected to serve for the 1974
term.
Obituary
MRS. NANCY KYLE
At South Huron Hospital,
on Wednesday, March 20, Mrs.
Nancy Kyle (former Kipfer)
of Hensall, passed away in her
90th year.
Surviving are three sons;
David, of Hensall; Russell, St.
Catherines; Roy, Timmins; two
daughters; Mrs. Arno..: ,Belle)
Merner, Zurich; Mrs. C.L.
(Dorothy) Tuckey, London,
also one sister, Mrs. Ella Desj-
ardine, of Exeter. Also surviv-
ing are fifteen grandchildren
and twenty-four great grand-
children.
Mrs. Kyle was predeceased
by her late husband, Tom, on
September 5, 1973, and by her
son, Byron, on May 7, 1972.
Funeral service was held
Friday, March 22, with Rev.
Donald Beck officiating. Inter-
ment was in Exeter Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Gary Kyle,
Donald Kyle, Doug Kyle, Steve
Kyle, James Tuckey and Larry
Merrier. Flower bearers were
George Steele and Tony Kyle.
Hensall 1 4-H Club met at
the home of Mrs. William Fuss
Tuesday evening with thirteen
members present. Meetings
III and iV were combined and
storage space and care of clothe:
were discussed. The March 19
meeting was cancelled due to
the winter break.
The third and fourth meetings
of the Hensall II 4-H "Glamour
Girls" was held at the home
On Monday, March 25, a
bus was presented to Huronview
by the Huronview Auxiliary,
the presentation being made by
Mrs. Wilfrid Colclough, presi-
dent of the Auxiliary, to Mr.
Anson McKinley, chairman of
the Huronview Committee of
Management.
Mrs. Colclough spear -headed
a very successful campaign by
the Auxiliary to raise the funds
for the purchase of the vehicle,
The bus is a Dodge rnaxivan,
purchased from J. & T. Murphy
Ltd., Clinton. The van has
been fitted with an extended
roof and a wheel chair life
which is electrically operated.
It will carry nine persons, four
of whom can remain right in
their wheelchairs.
The Committee of Manage-
ment and staff of Huronview
join the ladies of the Huronview
Auxiliary in heartfelt thanks to
the following people and groups,
whose very generous donations
made the "RIDES FOR RESID-
ENTS" campaign a complete
success.
We believe the list is compl-
ete, but if any names have
been missed we apologize and
hope they will bring the over-
sight to our attention.

Belgrave, Blyth, Brussels, Clin-
ton, Crediton, Elimville,
of Mrs. Peter Bisback last Tues-
day evening. Roll calls for the
meetings were "Give one good
grooming habit that you would
practice" and "Give a good
habit for the care of clothing."
At meeting three plans were
made to elect a new secretary
