Volunteers from the Goderich
Township Women's Institute
assisted with Monday afternoons
activities of old tyme music
dancing and sing a long. Mrs.
Molly Cox joined the Huronview
regulars Mary Taylor, Norman
Speir and Jerry Collins to prov-
ide the music.
, During the afternoon six new
residents were welcomed to the
Home. Mr. and Mrs, Charles
Black of Howick Township,
Mrs. Hackwell Walton, Mrs.
Harrington Clinton.
The Women's Institute from
Goderich were hosts on Wednes-
day for the April Birthday Party.
One Hundred and fifty residents
and guests attended the party
which included a variety prog-
ram, gifts for the twenty-five
celebrants, and lunch served

A special Easter Service was
held in the United Church last
Sunday with Rev. M. Morrison
in charge. The choir under the
leadership of Mrs. Doug McAsh
sang the anthem, "Old Rugged
Corss. "
The Sacrament of the Lord's
Supper will be administered in
the United Church next Sunday,
April 29.
The official board of the
United Church will meet in
Goshen Church on Monday even.

Mr. Floyd McAsh of Hamiltor
spent the weekend at the home
of his parents Mr. and Mrs.
John McAsh.
Mr. and Mrs. Murray Morris-
on of Ilderton spent the week-
end with relatives in the vill-
age.
Mrs, Eric Neilson, Glenn,
Judy and Carol of Montreal
spent the past week at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. John Ostrom.
Mr. Doug Mc.A,sh is busy
having a new house built in the
village.

4-H group meet
Zurich I and Zurich IV held
their sixth meeting last Wednes-
day night in the Town Hall.
The meeting was opened by
repeating the 4-H Pledge.
Everyone answered the roll
call. The minutes of the last
meeting were read by Linda
Klopp. They were then moved
by Zelda Inthout and seconded
by Mary Anne Regier.
The events for Achievement
Day were discussed again. The
hand-out sheets were answered
at the start of the meeting so
that the rest of the evening was
free for sewing. We adjourned
the meeting at 9:30 p.m.

ladies on behalf of the residents.
The residents were entert-
ained on Family Night with a
travelogue of Australia New
Zealand and Hawaii with Mrs.
,Edith Landsborough giving the
comentary and Msrs. Bert Jervis
operating the projector. Mrs.
Murray Forbes played the piano
before the pictures and during
the intermission.
