Elaine Obituary NIRS, AUGUST KOEHLER Mrs. August Koehler, the former Ella Stelck, of Zurich, passed away at her house in the village on Friday, March 27, in her 82nd year. \ler husband pre -deceased her some. years ago. The only other relative, Mrs. Rose Brown, a sister, also passed away some years ago. The information collected, said Coulter, will be useful in predicting future educational requirements for the area.
