A White Gift Service. was held
last Sunday in the United Church
Several members of the Sunday
School took part in the service.
All donations were forwarded to
the Biafra Fund.
The Explorer Group stet last
week in the church with rhe
leaders, Mrs. Robert Taylor
and firs. Barry Taylor. The
president Miss Cathy Taylor op -
erred the meeting by all repeat-
ing the Explorer Purpose and
Motto, Miss Bonnie 1)owson read
the scripture, Miss Sylvia Wil-
son led in prayer. Miss Nancy
Fawcett read the minutes and
the roll call was answered by
ten members. The collection
was received by Miss Mary Ann
Kalbfleisch. Plans were made
to hold a Christmas party for
the Mathers. After recreation
the utee ing was closed with the
Explorer Prayer.
Mrs. John T. McAsh is at pre-
sent a patient in Clinton Hospital
