Joint Christmas Meeting of Groups
Hensall and Chiselhurst UCW Goddard, Hensall, on the piano
for the entire musical program.
The president Mrs. Vern Ald-
erdice, chaired the meeting.
Mrs. Harold Currie gave an
inspiring version of the Christ -
met in Hensall Church Monday
evening for a delightful Christ-
mas meeting. Music was sup-
plied by Mrs. B. Hess, Zurich
on the organ and Mrs. John

Carols were sung in honour of
the founding nations of our
country, the French-Canadians,
the new Canadians; the Polish
and the German. Mrs. Hess and
Mrs. Goddard played an Indian
Carol.
The business portion of the
meeting was held in Fellowship
Hall when the leaders of the
various units spoke.
Mrs. Scane for Unit I and Mrs.
McAllister for Unit IV. Mrs.
Spencer presented the treasurers
statement showing the allocation
paid.
Miss Mary Goodwin reported
for the finance committee.
Reports were given as part of
a skit by Mrs. Robert Reaburn
who questioned the UC W' S
value. The president Mrs. Rod-
ger Venner, reporting for the
program committee; Mrs Carl
Passmore reported for the Cit-
izenship and social action;
