INVITING SCENERY—The summer season is a busy
time for the harbor at Grand Bend as yachts and sail boats
from all over the country visit the popular resort. This
photo shows just a few of the many boats which are tied up
along the docks in the river, as the owners are enjoying a
holiday of boat cruising through the lakes. Some of the
boats stay for a day or two while others only visit a few
hours and move along to another destination.

Two Local Youths
At Hockey School
Two members of the Zurich
Minor Hockey system attended
the Billy Harris hockey school
at Etobicoke last week. They
were Ray Weido, son •of Mr.
and Mrs. Glenn Weido, and
John McKinley, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Bob McKinley, all of RR 1,
Zurich.
Among instructors at the
school were Billy Harris, Dave
Keon, Johnny Bower and other
NHL stars. The boys were
given instructions on the ice as
well as in class rooms, and
spent a certain amount of the
time in practice scrimmages.
Similar schools are operated
in various sections of Toronto
throughout the summer months,
and prove to be a great help
to the younger stars of today.
